WHO WE ARE:
Inside Maths is a brand new enrichment day for Year 5, run by Zoe Griffiths (of Think Maths).
Zoe has spent many years working on maths events aimed at secondary students (such as Maths Fest). Zoe realised primary students were missing out, and so created Inside Maths!
On the day, Zoe will be joined by the Inside Maths team. The team is made up of maths enthusiasts (including current university maths students), and events enthusiasts, to help our day run smoothly.
SPONSORS:
Inside Maths wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of the Royal Institution, whose fantastic building is our venue for the day. We are very excited to welcome you to the ‘home of science’.
The Royal Institution do important work in science and maths communication, including hosting the world-famous Christmas Lectures, that are broadcast every year on the BBC.
Inside Maths is also generously supported by the London Mathematical Society (LMS), whose funding has allowed us to increase the number of tickets that we can offer as discounted state school tickets.
