We only accept bookings from schools.
Your booking is not confirmed until we have sent you an invoice and booking confirmation email.
Payment
Full payment for tickets must be made by Friday 25 September 2026. Your places may be offered to those on the waiting list if payment is not made by the deadlines.
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations by email for any tickets up to end of the day Friday 25 September 2026. In this case, we will offer a refund if payment has already been made.
If cancellation is made after Friday 25 September 2026 we will not offer a refund, and we will still expect payment if it hasn’t yet been made. That is unless we are able to sell your tickets on to someone on the waiting list, in which we will reduce your invoice to £20 for administration.
In the event of us cancelling the event due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be limited to the cost of the tickets. We will not be able to cover other expenses the school have already incurred eg travel bookings or cover teacher costs.
Occasionally, there are last minute changes to the content of an event because of unforeseen circumstances, eg speaker illness. In this situation, we will not offer a refund provided the event is still the same length as advertised, even if the content topics and activities have changed.
Video and Photographs
Please do not record any segments of the day. Please ensure any photographs taken do not include students from other schools.
