THE BOOKING PROCESS:
Once the booking form has been completed, you will be sent an email. If there are still places left you will be sent a confirmation email with an invoice attached. If there are no spaces you will be emailed to be informed you are on the waiting list. Payment will need to be made by the deadlines below.
PRICING AND DEADLINES:
The remaining tickets are all regular tickets, priced at £17.50 per student.
Payment for all regular price tickets must be made by Friday 20 December 2024.
Inside Maths is not VAT registered.
State schools:
All discounted tickets have sold out. These were priced at £9.50 per student and were available exclusively for state schools. If you are a state school and you book regular tickets you will also automatically go on the waiting list for discount tickets (ie we would upgrade your tickets to discount ones if space became available).

FURTHER DETAILS:
The booking must be made by a teacher.
Each school can book for up to a maximum of 15 student tickets (for year 5, higher attaining students), and up to a maximum of 2 adult tickets (which are free).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We only accept bookings from schools.
Your booking is not confirmed until we have sent you an invoice and booking confirmation email.
Payment
Full payment for discounted tickets must be made by Thursday 31 October 2024. Full payment for regular price tickets must be made by Friday 20 December 2024. Both deadlines are strict, and your places may be offered to those on the waiting list if payment is not made by the deadlines.
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations by email for any tickets up to end of the day Friday 20 December 2024. In this case, we will offer a refund if payment has already been made. If cancellation is made after Friday 20 December 2024 we will not offer a refund, and we will still expect payment if it hasn’t yet been made (and if your tickets have not been passed on to another school on the waiting list).
In the event of us cancelling the day due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be limited to the cost of the tickets. We will not be able to cover other expenses the school have already incurred eg travel bookings or cover teacher bookings.
Video and Photographs
Please do not record any segments of the day. Please ensure any photographs taken do not include students from other schools.
